Refund policy

All products available on Miska's Maps online store are digital goods delivered via an instant download link upon completion of your purchase. Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of these products, our refund policy is as follows.

All Sales Are Final After Download

Once a digital product has been downloaded from our store, the sale is considered final, and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Under consumer protection laws, including those within the European Union, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts is waived for digital content under the following conditions:

  1. You have given your prior express consent to begin the performance (i.e., to start the download) before the withdrawal period has expired.
  2. You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  3. We have provided you with a confirmation of your consent on a durable medium (e.g., via email).

By purchasing and initiating the download of a product from miskasmaps.com, you are agreeing to these terms and expressly waiving your right to a refund.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

We stand by the quality of our products. While we cannot offer a refund once a file is downloaded, we are dedicated to ensuring you receive the product you paid for in a usable format.

Please contact us if you experience any of the following issues:

  • You have trouble downloading the file.
  • The file you received is corrupted or not working as described.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

In these cases, please contact us at contact+support@miskasmaps.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include providing a new, functioning download link for the product you purchased. Please include your order number in your email to help us resolve your issue more quickly.
