We sell digital products worldwide. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

How to order

Products are ordered via the Internet at www.miskasmaps.com via a shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs, and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must notify the e-mail address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force for each order.

Order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation via email to see:

  • Ordered products
  • Download links for downloadable products
  • Payment method used
  • Selected delivery method
  • Value of VAT
  • The total amount of the order

You can check your order through a user account on our website.

Payment options

Products and their postage are paid upon order.

Delivery Method and Delivery

Products are delivered as digital downloads.

Refund Policy

The customer has a 14 day right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to return ordered products.

If you wish to cancel your online purchase, you must inform the vendor in a clear manner at the latest within 14 days of the receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the agreement. You do not need to explain why you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You lose your right of withdrawal:

  • if you give explicit prior consent that the content you have purchased will be delivered to you before the withdrawal period ends
  • if the vendor has stated before the conclusion of the agreement that giving consent will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to get your money back for partly or fully delivered digital content service if:

  • the delivery of digital content was started during the withdrawal period even though you had not agreed to this.
  • you were not informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

If you want to return a product, contact us for the address and include the following in the return package:

  • Your customer number, your name, your address, and your phone number
  • your bank account
  • a copy of the order confirmation

Invalid or missing products

If the product is defective (for example, pages that have been severed or printed on the pages) or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report with our contact form or by email (shop at miskasmaps.com).

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check the terms of delivery in advance.
