[Map] A Black Raven Down (with a Sensor HUD)

A Corvus-Class HX-50 Light Freighter has crashlanded. Initial sensor readings have some good and bad news. Lifesigns are detected, but the reactor core is going critical any minute now. Your crew needs to hurry to get the operation done before any survivors and the ship’s valuable data is vaporized.

The commercial & Patreon version of this map comes with a bunch of different versions. Besides the versions with different annotations and hud options, there is also a night vision version of the map.

[Map] The Azure Bastion

The Azure Bastion was once an important coastal fortress keeping an eye on a narrow passage on a peninsula leading to the prosperous harbor city of King’s Bay. But the great Spellquake changed everything.

Landmasses shook and churned in ways never seen before. Islands, even whole continents, sunk in the oceans overnight. Mountains were torn from the ground and floated high up to the clouds. Spellquake laid waste to King’s Bay as well collapsing most of its buildings and driving people away from their shattered homes.

Now the great city is lies in waste. Abandoned and pillaged by savage goblinoids and lizardmen. Pirates and smugglers are the only ones who dare to tread these waters. Finding shelter in the ruins and caves of the archipelagos and swamps that are the only thing that remains of the great peninsula.

[Map] The Dwarven Rivergate

On the way to the dwarven city of Hakku there’s an old rivergate now infested with goblins and orcs. Passing the rivergate can save over a days worth of travel time, but it is a known fact that taking this route usually means only trouble. The creatures that have taken over the rivergate are ambushing any travelers who are careless or adventurous enough – or in so much hurry – that they choose to take this route to the city of Hakku.

[Map] The Tomb of Devas

When I started drawing this map, the big statue at the center of the main hall became a sort of a center piece for the whole map. I did not come up with a clear story for this map, but instead added various features that might offer different uses for this map.

Perhaps there are creatures living in the cave that pose as the deities that the temple was originally built for. Or maybe an earthquake has disturbed the magical balance of the tomb and something has woken. Or perhaps a cult is conducting their vile necromantic rituals and corrupted this tomb?

What ever the case might be, I’m pretty sure those statues might give some trouble to the adventurers…

[Map] A Bugbear Lair

Small caves are perfect for short “side quests”. You can inhabit them with marauding humanoids, beasts or other creatures, like bugbears in this case. Well, the map was just named after bugbears, but you can use what ever nasty critters you like 😉 As an after thought I would actually use owlbears, but that’s just me… 🙂

The cave has a main entrance hidden behind some big rocks and there’s a small back entrance on the other side of the caves. This could be used as an escape route or for ventilation for example. It should be easy to climb to the small ledge leading to the back entrance.
